The Bill enhances struggle with the production, sale or distribution of child pornography, and involvement of minors in this production. It amends the Law "On Telecommunication", "On Protection of Public Morality" and the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Thus, the amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine establish responsibility for distribution of pornographic production created with the involvement of a child or its image, esp. with the use of information and telecommunication systems, and involvement of minors into the production of pornographic production.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 3271.
